1. Service Description

GetWorkflow provides subscription-based access to ready-to-use n8n workflows with AI-powered WhatsApp agents.
The service is delivered as managed automation with limited customization options.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

All services are offered on a subscription basis (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or yearly).
Payments are processed securely via PayPal through Donorbox.
Access to the service is granted automatically after successful payment.
Automated confirmation and onboarding emails are sent after payment.

4. Cancellation & Guarantee

Clients are eligible for a 7-day money-back guarantee from the activation date.
After the first 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable.
Cancellation requests must be sent to contact@getworkflow.online.

5. Account Usage

Each subscription is limited to the number of agents purchased.
Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
Clients may not resell, redistribute, or provide access to third parties.

6. Misuse & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without refund if:

The service is misused or abused
Illegal activities are detected
These Terms are violated

7. Availability

While we strive for reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime due to external dependencies (WhatsApp, APIs, hosting providers).

8. Limitation of Liability

GetWorkflow is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or business interruption resulting from the use of our service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the company’s registered jurisdiction.
